The British Parliament endorses a Fascist myth
One of the things that you realise as you research the history of socialist states in the last century is that there is no lie too great or too divorced from reality that the imperialists will not tell. Once such example is that of the “Holodomor” a mythology created by the newspapers of notorious fascist William Randolph Hearst and reinforced by both Trotsky and Ukrainian fascists whose political descendents continue to terrorise that nation to this day. The mythology around this even was used as propaganda by Cold War era hack writers such as the MI6 asset turned “historian” Robert Conquest to portray Stalin as a genocidal madman who wanted to starve millions of Ukrainians to death. The explanations of the professional anti communists vary as to why they say Stalin did this. The crude Ukrainian fascists just simply assert that Stalin wanted to destroy Ukrainian society, the more sophisticated propagandists argue that it was the fault of the collectivisation of agriculture that took place during the early 1930s.

All of this is manifestly false and seeing as today the British House of Commons passed a bill recognising the “Holodomor” as a historic crime repeating all of the old myths in the process we are taking the opportunity to republish our programme dedicated to exploring this issue. In this myself and Ukrainian Marxist-Leninist Slava discuss the reality of the real crop failures of the time, what collectivisation actually achieved and what the motivations are of the various factions who have created and sustained the myth of the “holodomor”. Be sure to listen and to share with anyone who wants to learn about the actual history of the USSR rather than passively accepting the never ending myths created by the imperialists, their fascist allies and the arch traitor Leon Trotsky.
